YOUR BILL OF RIGHTS

If there is anything that you need to know when dealing with any situation, compromising or not...

You should definitely be aware of your

"Bill of Rights."

The right of passage, when it comes to your own boundaries and emotional well-being.

Yes, this came right out of a book.

"Don't get illiterate on me now!"

YOUR BILL OF RIGHTS

You have the right to be you.

You have the right to put yourself first.

You have the right to be safe.

You have the right to love and be loved.

You have the right to be treated with respect.

You have the right to be human--NOT PERFECT.

You have the right to be angry and protest if you are treated

unfairly or abusively by anyone.

You have the right to have your own opinions, to express them,

and to be taken seriously.

You have the right to earn and control your own money.

You have the right to ask questions about anything that affects your life.

You have the right to make decisions that affect you.

You have the right to grow and change (and that includes changing your mind).

You have the right to say NO.

You have the right to make mistakes.

You have the right NOT to be responsible for other adults' problems.

You have the right not to be liked by everyone.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL YOUR OWN LIFE AND TO CHANGE IT

IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH IT AS IT IS.

Note: That these are the Bill of Rights that came from a book that was recommended by a Doctor in Psychology with a PHD who passed away due to cancer. God Bless his soul.

Thank God for places like the Women's Resource Center of South County, for helping abused women.

Bill of Rights can be located in the book called Pattern Changing for Abused Women

I want anyone that reads my blog, to know that they are loved and no one is alone in anything.

Hearing that you are not alone in my own experience is way more self-reassuring than feeling standalone heart wrenching pain heavy in the chest. If you feel that way please seek a doctor if needed. Physical pain is too much to bear alone.

Sometimes it's just a phone call away.

This is the phone number I called when I didn't know what to do.

I had to do a little research alone at the time.

Phone number 988 Suicide Prevention and Crisis Lifeline

or

National Domestic Violence Hotline

 1-800-799-7233

Save these numbers in your phone or write them in a safe place. They are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

Stay Safe and God Bless Everyone!

Love,

  1. Anti-Federalist's and the coalition of the late 18th Century is a good read for the Bill of Rights. Also you can look up my uncle George Mason V.
